Mr. Francis Roland Meepe, ex-Royal Ceylon Navy
officer and father-in-law of senior journalist Prasad
Gunewardene passed away after a brief illness yesterday.
His remains lie at 190/5b, Gunesekere Mawatha,
Mahabage (Opposite Lanka Milk Foods-Welisara).
The funeral will take place at the Galudapita
Cemetry (adjoining Lanka Milk Foods) on Wednesday (16) at 4.30
p.m.
